We won’t understand that God cares and loves us if we focus on things from the wrong side.  Too often, we tend to view God from our own circumstances or based on the love, or lack thereof, of those around us.  Is happiness dependent on whatever life throws our way or do we have a say in the matter?  We can find peace amongst chaos, contentment despite limitations, and joy even in our lowest moments.  It all comes down to perspective.
